Description

Benchmark’s LC-8 series of laboratory centrifuges are designed for a wide range of applications in clinical and research laboratories. They have an eight-speed rotor and are designed for 10 ml and 15 ml samples (conical or round bottom). Optional adapters are also available if use with all common blood collection and culture tube sizes is desired. In addition, the rotor can be easily removed from the centrifuge for cleaning.

The backlit LCD display allows you to check the operating time and speed. are set/displayed in revolutions per minute or relative centrifugal force and acceleration/deceleration levels can be easily set in the advanced setting mode.

To ensure safety, the digital microprocessor ensures that the lid is closed and the safety lock is engaged before starting a spin cycle. In addition, an advanced imbalance detection system continuously monitors balance and vibration. So the rotor will stop automatically if an imbalance is detected.
